Job Title: Warehouse In-charge
Location: Vapi - Gujarat
Company: Supreme SCS Pvt. Ltd.
CTC Budget: Rs 3.00 LPA - 3.60 LPA
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Incharge to oversee and manage our Vapi warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products while maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and outbound processes.
- Supervise and lead the warehouse team ensuring adherence to daily operational targets.
- Maintain proper stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile inventory.
- Coordinate with transporters and vendors for timely dispatches and deliveries.
- Implement and ensure adherence to SOPs, health & safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Track and monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage space to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Manage manpower planning and ensure staff training and development.
- Use WMS/ERP systems for real-time stock updates and documentation.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields).
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics management.
- Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and good command over MS Excel.
- Familiarity with safety standards and legal compliance in warehouse operations.
