Warehouse Incharge/Executive

Must have 3 to 4 years experience as a warehouse incharge

Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Incharge:

• Supervision and Management:
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
• Manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and addressing any issues.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures within the warehouse.
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Implement and optimize inventory control systems to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage or spoilage.
• Logistics and Operations:
• Manage the flow of goods within the warehouse, from receiving to shipping.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Oversee the use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other machinery.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe for employees.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Communicate effectively with other departments, including sales, procurement.
• Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to warehouse operations.
