Warehouse Inventory Clerk

As a Warehouse Inventory Clerk at Pulse Final Mile, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory control and supporting the daily operations of our warehouse and final mile delivery network. This position is responsible for tracking product movement, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment. Warehouse Inventory Clerks help ensure operational efficiency by maintaining accurate inventory counts, supporting inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring warehouse inventory systems reflect real-time product movement.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all inbound and outbound products.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify product quantities against manifests, packing slips, and purchase orders.
• Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure system accuracy.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies and communicate findings to operations leadership.
• Track product movement within the warehouse including receiving, staging, storage, and outbound preparation.
• Ensure inventory locations are properly labeled and organized within the warehouse.
• Assist with loading preparation by confirming product availability and accuracy for delivery routes.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, delivery teams, and operations leadership regarding inventory availability and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation within warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking platforms.
• Assist with damage reporting and product condition verification during receiving and staging.
• Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Assist warehouse teams during peak operational periods as needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Uphold Pulse Final Mile’s service standards and represent the Pulse brand with professionalism.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse inventory systems (WMS), Excel, or inventory tracking software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve inventory issues quickly.
• Ability to lift, move, and maneuver products safely (up to 100+ lbs with assistance).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with warehouse and operations teams.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or scanners preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.

• Travel required to manage multiple markets

Work Location: Onsite; warehouse environment and occasional in-home services work
