Brief Job Description:

The Warehouse Inventory & Operations Manager is responsible for Supervision all aspects of Central Warehouse Operations, including Inventory Control, Timely Truck Loading, Storage, Depot Order Fulfillment & Dispatch with Zero Error. This role ensures accurate stock levels, efficient warehouse processes & Timely Dispatches to PAN India Level, While maintaining safety, Quality & Productivity Standards.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) – Warehouse Inventory & Operations Manager

 Inventory Accuracy :- Ensure 100% accurate stock records through regular physical audits, cycle counts & minimization of inventory discrepancies. (SAP V/s Physically)

 Timely Order Fulfillment of Depot Orders: - Ensure Depot orders are dispatched on Time with High OTIF Performance, prioritizing urgent dispatches as required.

 Truck Loading Efficiency: - Ensure timely Truck Loading as per schedule with proper sequence, Documentation, TAT, Orientation, Stack Height & Coordination with Logistics & Plant Team.

 Warehouse Space & Storage Management: - Optimize warehouse space using efficient storage systems (FIFO/FEFO/binning), while maintaining layout discipline and cleanliness.

 Process Compliance & Zero-Error Dispatch: - Ensure dispatch accuracy in SKU, Quantity & Documentation through SOP adherence, Quality Checks & Error Prevention. Avoid Wrong Dispatches & Minimize Error.

 Team Supervision & Workforce Productivity: - Monitor workforce performance, ensure manpower planning, and conduct training to improve speed, accuracy, and safety.

 Coordination & Communication: - Collaborate with cross-functional Teams, provide timely updates to management & Resolve issues proactively to avoid delays.

 System Utilization & Reporting: - Ensure effective use of ERP systems, Generate Operational Reports & drive continuous improvement through data analysis for MIS Reports.
