Warehouse Keeper

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring accuracy in inventory records (账、物、卡一致)
• Process and archive inbound/outbound/transfer documents using warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS/ERP)
• Conduct regular stock counts, identify discrepancies, and report variances promptly
• Classify, label, and store goods systematically to maintain a tidy and safe warehouse environment (6S management)
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow
• Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and material damage

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school or vocational diploma (preferred in logistics or supply chain fields)
• 2+ years of warehouse management experience; familiarity with mechanical parts/equipment is a plus
• Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and basic office software
• Holding a valid driver’s license (e.g., C1 class) and ability to operate light electric trucks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Basic English skills are advantageous for cross-border coordination.
