Warehouse Lead - Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control

Zinger Sheet Metal is a leading HVAC duct fabricator in West Michigan. We’re known for our family-like culture, strong work ethic, and doing whatever it takes to serve our customers. We value people who take pride in their work, solve problems, and bring positive energy to the team.

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Lead who thrives on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role where you will personally own the day-to-day shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions while coordinating delivery drivers and schedules. This is not a “just make the adjustment and move on” kind of position—we need someone who digs into problems, finds root causes, and builds better systems so mistakes don’t keep happening.

If you notice what others miss, enjoy creating order from chaos, and love making things run better, we want to meet you.
