About The Role

• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics team member to join us
• Support the Install Team through regular communication with the Facilities & Logistics Supervisor and Install Manager. Organizing job specific equipment staging, preparing vehicles and tools. Occasionally running equipment to job sites (in company van).
• This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our receiving and inventory processes.
• The position requires a proactive, independent worker who can prioritize tasks, follow established procedures closely, and solve problems through collaboration, creativity, and logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse
• Properly arrange stock and ensure inventory is accurate, labeled, and stored. Correct and report discrepancies as needed.
• Replenish stock and rotate items based on usage needs.
• Perform regular cycle counts and support inventory audits.
• Receive incoming shipments by verifying item counts, inspecting and reporting damage, and communicating with vendors and 3PL.
• Focus on receiving and stocking materials; prepare outgoing shipments only on an as-needed basis.
• Track incoming shipments and inventory movement in our warehouse management system.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and filed according to company standards.
• Handle products with care to avoid damage and loss.
• Proactively manage and prioritize daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of warehouse safety protocols and report any hazards.
• Order supplies for upcoming jobs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse.
• Maintaining communication with internal customers in person and virtually.
• Pull gear from stock for installation jobs and ensure all items are properly checked out and staged.
• Stage work vehicles with gear at the end of the week to ensure accurate check-in and check-out for upcoming projects.
• Assist with basic vehicle maintenance (inspections, stocking, and scheduling services).
• Prepare and send purchase orders to maintain stock levels and support upcoming jobs.
• Contact vendors to track and confirm ETAs on materials and equipment for installation teams.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, passionate, and open to help wherever needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, Outlook, Office suite tools, and ability to learn warehouse software systems.
