As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator to join our team and support our logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, and inventory management for hardware products.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation providers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Track and manage the flow of materials, tools, and products from suppliers to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and place orders to maintain an optimal inventory of hardware products.
- Analyze and report on logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve efficiency, and streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards in transportation, storage, and delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of orders, shipments, receipts, and invoices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, and Operations, to resolve any supply chain or logistics challenges.
- Provide regular status updates to management regarding logistics activities and supply chain performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related role, preferably in the hardware or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Proficient in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and the hardware industry is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
