Warehouse & Logistics Executive

Job description

· Supervise daily loading and unloading activities ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely dispatch of materials.

· Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for vehicle planning, scheduling, and smooth material movement.

· Assist in physical stock tally, warehouse entries, and documentation to ensure accurate inventory management.

· Maintain strict adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and PPE usage; update and monitor movement logs regularly.

· Support in manpower allocation, team coordination, and handle basic administrative or civil work as required.

· Achieve and sustain >98% on-time loading/unloading rate with zero damage or incident reports.

· Ensure stock accuracy by minimizing pilferage, monitoring movement, and maintaining clean documentation.

· Follow up daily with drivers and transporters to ensure vehicle availability, timely turnaround time (TAT), and dispatch efficiency.

· Actively participate in daily toolbox talks and reinforce safety compliance among team members.

· Submit timely and accurate data for inward/outward registers, MIS reports, and ensure 100% scanning of documents for record keeping.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
