Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Management Trainer to lead the development and delivery of training programs that enhance the skills of our Interns. This role plays a critical part in shaping the next generation of logistics professionals by instilling operational excellence, safety awareness, and process discipline within our Internship Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs covering warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfilment, and safety protocols
• Develop engaging training materials, manuals, and digital resources tailored to various learning styles
• Provide training for interns in equipment handling.
• Monitor trainee progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with the Technical team to identify skill gaps and training needs

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
