Warehouse Management/Supply Chain/Stock Management

Roles & Responsibilities

Warehouse Management

• Oversee receipt, storage, dispatch of medical equipment, instruments and accessories.

• Ensure proper handling, labeling and safe storage of sensitive and high-value medical devices.

• Maintain organized and compliant warehouse operations

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

• Monitor product shelf life, calibration and maintenance schedules.

Inventory / Stock Management

• Maintain accurate stock records.

• Track all inward and outward movement of goods with proper documentation

• Implement FIFO / FEFO systems to minimize obsolescence.

• Plan and maintain optimal stock levels to ensure availability without overstocking.

• Coordinate with sales and service teams for dispatches, returns and replacements.

Supply Chain & Logistics

• Liaise with suppliers, transporter and courier partners for timely and efficient deliveries.

• Optimize logistics costs while ensuring on-time product availability.

• Handle import/export documentation and customs clearance when required.

• Manage reverse logistics for defective or returned goods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
