What you will do::
- Train, manage, and develop the warehouse team, including CDL drivers, delivery helpers, and warehouse partners

Devise and implement effective procedures for daily warehouse operations in line with company guidelines

Collaborate with management to identify and address operational issues

Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by enforcing company policies and procedures

Direct all incoming and outgoing material shipments, ensuring organized and efficient handling

Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs, suggest inventory changes, and ensure accurate control and record-keeping

Manage material movement and transfers, regularly spot-checking inventory

Organize and maintain the warehouse, yard, and store layout for maximum efficiency and safety

Work closely with the Regional Safety Manager to ensure adherence to safe operational procedures and timely reporting

Monitor employee performance, conduct evaluations, and make recommendations for improvements as needed
What you will bring::
- Bachelor’s degree, five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of both

Proven leadership experience in talent development, coaching, and guiding teams through change

Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environment

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers

Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours to achieve goals

Pay Range: USD $71,760.00 - USD $93,360.00 /Yr.
