Warehouse Manager

A warehouse management is a key part of the supply chain and primarily aims to control the movement and storage of materials within a warehouse and process the associated transactions, including shipping, receiving, dispatching, and delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Supervising all daily activities of the warehouse such as receiving, storing, labeling & bar-coding, stock allocation & distribution, dispatching, returns, etc. in accordance with company policy and procedures.
2. Processing all tasks through the company computerized system.
3. Loading and unloading in addition to distribution management with all suppliers and branches.
4. Preventing expires by well managing the stock using FIFO.
5. Managing damaged items and returns to suppliers.
6. Responsible for maintaining and preparing all inventory documents (GRN, delivery notes, invoicing, sales return, etc.).
7. Coordinating with purchasing head and finance in all warehouse processes.
8. Following up on the receiving and checking of the goods against invoices of the suppliers.
9. Following up on the collection and checking of the goods against the delivery notes issued to the outlets.
10. Following up on the printing of the barcodes and all other formalities before sending it to the outlets.
11. Minimizing process time by effectively managing warehouse staff.

Requirements

Languages: Arabic - Fluent / Excellent, English - Fluent / Excellent

Education: Minimum degree in Pharmacy Diploma.

Experience: More than 6-8 years experience in a similar position in pharmaceutical warehousing or FMCG's.

Skills:

• Strong ability to work under pressure.
• Strong coordination and team management skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Fluency in both Arabic & English.
