Warehouse Manager

Mexa Global is hiring a Store Manager on behalf of a reputed pesticide company. The role requires a skilled professional to manage warehouse and inventory operations, ensure accurate stock records, and maintain smooth supply chain processes. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in pesticides or agricultural inputs.

Position: Store Manager
Industry: Pesticides / Agri Inputs

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store and warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records (inward/outward stock).
• Ensure proper storage of pesticides as per safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage goods receiving, issuance, and timely dispatch to dealers/field teams.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages.
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) system to minimize product expiry risk.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse safety protocols.
• Prepare and share regular inventory/stock reports with management.
• Lead and supervise store staff for smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B. Com, BBA, or Agriculture-related degree preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in store/warehouse management (pesticide/agri-input industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and documentation.
• Ability to lead and manage store staff effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Excel, ERP/Warehouse software knowledge preferred).
• Familiarity with safety & compliance regulations related to chemical/pesticide storage.
• Prior store management experience in pesticides/agri-inputs will be prioritized.

Salary:

• Negotiable – based on skills and interview performance.
