Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient storage, inventory management, and timely dispatch of furniture products while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of furniture.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure minimum stock discrepancies.
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for order fulfillment.
• Ensure safe handling and packaging of bulky/delicate furniture items.
• Implement warehouse policies, safety standards, and housekeeping practices.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain reports on stock levels, inward/outward movement, and damages.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in furniture, consumer durables, or building material industry.
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems/ERP.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle a team and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,719.46 - ₹50,638.05 per month
