Warehouse Manager

What You’ll Do

• Manage all warehouse operations — retail and wholesale inventory, shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment across all locations.
• Oversee ordering, fulfillment, and tracking of parts, tires, and consumables.
• Develop, document, and improve warehouse processes that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Optimize delivery routes and fleet performance to cut costs and improve delivery times.
• Lead, train, and coach warehouse team members to maintain high performance and safety standards.
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports that guide business decisions.
• Handle warranty adjustments and vendor relations with accuracy and professionalism.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proven ability to manage inventory systems and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse and fleet operations, including DOT compliance.
• Experience implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Tech-savvy — comfortable with WMS, fleet management, and delivery optimization tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience in inventory management, including min/max levels, cycle counts, and stock optimization.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and processes, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
• Familiarity with fleet management systems and delivery optimization tools.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Knowledge of warranty claim processing and vendor compliance policies.
