About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team at Mafatlal Industries Ltd., a leading name in the Indian textile industry with a legacy of over 100 years. The role involves managing vendor coordination, negotiation, procurement planning, and supporting product development through timely sourcing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement activities – from sourcing to purchase order management.
• Conduct vendor follow-ups for timely delivery, quality, and documentation.
• Support product development by sourcing materials as per design and quality requirements.
• Coordinate Production & Vendor Stock & Internal Inventory Planning and Follow-up to ensure smooth material flow.
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, reports, and MIS for management review.
• Coordinate with internal departments for approvals and requirement planning.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of procurement, vendor management, inventory, and reporting processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP / SAP preferred.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchase, or inventory planning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
