Warehouse Manager

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in warehouse operations; at least 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

Prior experience in foodstuff, FMCG, or cold chain logistics is mandatory.

Knowledge of handling perishable goods, frozen, chilled, and ambient stock.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO practices.

Knowledge of WMS or ERP systems

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Leadership & Operational Skills

Ability to lead and manage large teams (pickers, loaders, supervisors).

Shift planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.

Coordination with transport and procurement teams.

Regulatory Compliance

Knowledge of UAE municipality food handling & storage regulations.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
