Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatching.
• Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track, optimize, and document all operations.
• Prepare regular performance reports, stock status updates, and KPI tracking.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage quarterly scrap and dead stock disposal.
• Lead internal and external audits related to inventory and fixed assets.
• Carry out any special tasks assigned by line management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse management with a proven track record of leadership.
• Strong understanding of inventory management practices and warehouse operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
