Human Resources operations

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment procedures, including job postings, CV screening, and interview arrangements.
  • Prepare and follow up on employee contracts and renewals when needed.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data is continuously updated.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and sick days.
  • Contribute to implementing training and development plans.
  • Follow up on periodic employee performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Ministry of Human Resources regulations.
  • Handle social insurance matters, as well as residence permits and visa renewals.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of practical experience in HR.
  • Solid knowledge of labor law and social insurance systems.
  • Proficiency in computer use, especially Microsoft Office and SAP.
