Warehouse Manager

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead and streamline our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing inventory, people, and processes with precision. This role is critical in ensuring that every order is fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, and dispatch planning.
• Ensure accurate tracking of stock levels, receipts, and shipments using inventory management systems.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain high standards of efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Design, and Project teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Implement and monitor process improvements for storage optimization and faster turnaround times.
• Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety compliance, and documentation for audits.
• Track and report warehouse KPIs such as stock accuracy, order turnaround, and dispatch timelines.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or operations (preferably in e-commerce, gifting, or FMCG).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in inventory management tools and Excel.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure during high-volume seasons (e.g., Diwali, festive gifting).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
