As we continue expanding our footprint, we are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Partnerships & Business Development (MENA) to lead growth, drive commercial success, and build meaningful alliances with key ecosystem players.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional growth strategy across the UAE and MENA markets.
Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, last-mile providers, and logistics partners.
Drive revenue growth through innovative business models, collaborations, and channel partnerships.
Build and mentor a high-performing business development team capable of scaling region-wide operations.
Work closely with Product, Operations, and Marketing to align commercial goals with service excellence.
Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to refine ShipCube’s go-to-market strategy.
Represent ShipCube at industry forums, trade events, and networking platforms to enhance brand authority.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record (7–10 years) in strategic partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership roles within logistics, 3PL, or eCommerce sectors.
Strong understanding of the MENA logistics ecosystem and fulfillment industry.
Established network with eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and large brands operating in the region.
Commercially savvy with exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment.
Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic a plus).
