Job Description

Urban Retail Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Guwahati warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining smooth and efficient warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.

Oversee accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Maintain up-to-date inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

Apply inventory management methods such as FIFO and LIFO.

Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards and procedures.

Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams.

Identify improvement areas and implement cost-effective process enhancements.

Key Skills & Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in Warehouse, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain.

Strong knowledge of FIFO/LIFO and inventory control practices.

Experience in stock audits and warehouse process optimization.

Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide warehouse staff.

Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (preferred).

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
