Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily store operations, inventory control, and warehouse management. The role involves ensuring smooth inbound/outbound logistics, timely stock audits, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall warehouse and store operations.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate dispatches and deliveries efficiently.
• Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols.
• Lead and train warehouse staff for operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse/store management experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet operational deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
