We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Antalya.
The main objective of this role is to manage Antalya- Manavgat DC operations (PO1 distribution & PO1 warehousing) capacity planning, budgets and reconciliation which is in line with the AOP and to ensure effective communication with all stakeholders (3PL suppliers, GP, Sales) before and after this planning and operation process. Key targets include creation 3PL governance for all secondary warehousing & distribution operations & tender management with 3PLs, warehousing labor planning, distribution capacity planning, reconciliation with 3PLs, checklist of DCs in accordance with GCS, pallet/DK return management from 3PLs and customers, creating visibility on service (OTIF and OTD), prioritize the customer requirements and deliver continuous performance improvement and also ensuring timely manner of necessary support to sales, supply chain and logistics teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage DC & Distribution budget and operations for Antalya – Manavgat DC.
  • Effective budget management and labor capacity regarding to AOP plan for the warehouse.
  • Led all logistics activities regarding to the Global Control Standards (GCS) in the warehouse
  • Management of team performance to increase loading & picking & unloading efficiency in the warehouses.
  • Meet the requirements of occupational health and safety and environmental management systems
  • Keep the service to sales level on target and represent E2E SC team as a point of contact in the warehouses.
  • Supporting to demand forecasting process for TT/OT and OP sales channels weekly basis.
  • Ensuring the necessary reports are issued to Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams within a timely manner.
  • Create and manage productivity projects related to logistics & warehousing, support productivity agenda.
  • Lead DC 3PL contracts to sustain the service to sales channels while optimizing the total cost by holistics cost management approach
  • Auditing and reporting that invoice reconciliations are realized in line with contract conditions
  • Checking that the financial records and invoice entries related to the budget, the budgetary reflections and contractual changes are recorded.
  • Support OTIF (on time-in full) key metrics to provide customer satisfaction and deliver TAG targets by succeed both OTC (on time collection) and on time delivery.
  • Drive DC warehousing digitalization agenda with increasing efficiency and encourage the team investing the automation/digitalization projects.
  • Ensure that the logistics processes are at optimum cost; Routine monitoring of warehouse costs and ensuring that they are kept to a minimum.
  • Control of 3PL suppliers performing stock counts in Pepsico standards & FEFO tracking, reporting and control
  • To ensure that all business processes operate within the framework of GCS rules. And also control of physical condutions, product safety and hygiene inside and outside the warehouse
  • Checking that regular reports such as stock, aging, waybill delivery, vehicle loading / exit reports and KPI parameters to be published by the 3PL company specified in the contract are published regularly.
  • Checking that the processes of returns, POPs, stands and other commodities are carried out in Pepsico standards.
  • Performing the above-mentioned inspections in the physical 3PL warehouse area (with or without informing)
  • Inspection and reporting of 3PL companies that manage Pepsico Logistics operations, together with the occupational safety unit, that the OHS standards specified in the contracts are provided by Pepsico
  • Follow the seasonal warehousing requirements to secure service as considering GTM/customer needs.
  • Management of 3PL operations and closely tracking/tracing 3PL KPIs to sustain the supplier performance.
Qualifications:
  • Field experience of logistics and transportation process.
  • Strong communication skills to support collaboration of different departments
  • Has experience in tourism districts, serving to Sales and hotel, restaurant etc. customers.
