THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE TRAINING IN GONZALES, TEXAS FOR 2-3 WEEKS AND THEN WILL BE PERMANENT AT THE WAREHOUSE ADDRESS LISTED. COMPENSATION WILL BE GIVEN FOR TRAVEL TO AND FROM FACILITY DURING TRAINING.

Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, streamlining processes, and ensuring efficient distribution of our products. The ideal candidate is passionate about supply chain management and eager to lead a dynamic team toward continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
  • Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce costs using lean principles and supply chain analytics.
  • Manage warehouse staff, providing supervision, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of safety and productivity.
  • Coordinate transportation management systems (TMS) for freight planning, dispatching, and fleet management to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams on purchasing strategies and materials management to support production planning.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on process optimization, safety compliance, and operational excellence.

Skills

  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision with strong skills in logistics, inventory management, and operations management.
  • Expertise in transportation planning, freight management, 3PL (third-party logistics)
  • Knowledge of procurement processes including purchasing, materials management, and demand planning.
  • Ability to lead teams effectively with supervising experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Strong understanding of lean methodologies, process improvement techniques, and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Competence in forklift operation, shipping & receiving procedures, dispatching, and fleet management. Join us as a Warehouse Manager where your leadership will drive operational success while supporting the growth of our company’s legacy of quality products!
