1 Inventory Management

Monitor inward & outward material movement

Maintain accurate stock records (RM, WIP, FG)

Conduct periodic stock verification (daily / monthly / yearly)

Control stock ageing and prevent dead stock

Ensure FIFO / FEFO system implementation

2 Receiving & Dispatch Control

Supervise goods receiving process

Verify GRN, delivery challan, invoices

Ensure proper storage and labeling

Coordinate dispatch as per production / buyer schedule

Maintain dispatch documentation

3 Space & Storage Management

Plan warehouse layout effectively

Optimize storage capacity

Ensure proper stacking and segregation

Maintain clear gangways and emergency exits

4 Compliance & Safety

Ensure fire safety compliance

Maintain housekeeping standards

Follow EHS norms

Ensure proper chemical storage (if applicable)

Maintain MSDS records

5 Team Supervision

Allocate duties to store staff

Monitor attendance and performance

Train staff on SOP & safety

Maintain discipline in warehouse

6 Documentation & Reporting

Maintain stock reports

Prepare daily inward / outward report

Coordinate with accounts for stock reconciliation

Submit monthly MIS report

7 Coordination

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QA & Logistics team

Handle transporter communication

Ensure on-time material availability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹48,590.07 per month
