Warehouse Manager

About the Role We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in premium mobile accessories (phone cases, magnetic stands) and car accessories. With over 1,000 SKUs and a heavy focus on Amazon FBA and Flipkart FBF, we are looking for a process-driven Warehouse Manager to lead our fulfillment operations.

The ideal candidate must be an expert in Unicommerce (Uniware) and have experience managing high-volume, small-item inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
Full ownership of Unicommerce (Uniware) for inventory inwarding, stock adjustments, and order processing.

• Inventory Control: Maintain 100% inventory accuracy across 1,000+ SKUs. Conduct weekly cycle counts and monthly audits to eliminate discrepancies.
• FBA/FBF Prep: Supervise the bulk labeling (FNSKU), branding, and packaging.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of 4–6 warehouse associates, setting daily targets for picking, packing, and sorting.
• Returns Management: Oversight of RTO and customer returns—ensuring items are graded, refurbished, or restocked in the system within 24 hours.
• Space Optimization: Organize the warehouse layout for maximum efficiency, ensuring fast-moving items are easily accessible.

Required Skills & Experience :
2+ years in E-commerce Warehouse Management (Required).

• Software: Hands-on expertise in Unicommerce (Uniware) is mandatory. * Inventory Expertise: Proven ability to manage high-SKU counts (Mobile accessories, electronics, or fashion experience preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Com or Logistics preferred).
• Technical: Basic Excel skills for reporting and stock reconciliation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
