Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory control, dispatch, receiving, and staff management. The candidate will ensure efficient processes, accuracy, safety, and timely fulfillment of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Monitor inward and outward movement of goods and maintain proper documentation.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate duties to ensure productivity and discipline.
• Implement and follow safety, security, and quality standards in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams for smooth operations.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Handle damaged, expired, or returned goods as per company policy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the warehouse.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
