Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure safe, efficient, and accurate handling of inventory. The role will be responsible for managing receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse management systems, inventory control, and team supervision, with a focus on safety, productivity, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure efficient material flow and proper handling of goods across all warehouse activities.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP/WMS systems.
• Ensure full stock traceability and proper documentation.
• Conduct cycle counts and full inventory reconciliations to maintain high accuracy levels.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Maintain discipline and proper working practices within the warehouse team.

Process Improvement

• Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Improve manpower productivity through better workflow management and planning.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance warehouse performance.

Requirements Mandatory

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar warehouse leadership role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes
• Experience working with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Preferred

• Experience in the Saudi market
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Pay: ﷼9,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
