About the Role
A growing food manufacturing facility is seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, safety, and team leadership. This role manages a multi‑area warehouse environment and plays a key part in plant efficiency, food safety, and cross‑department collaboration.
What You'll Do

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, staging, and inventory accuracy

Lead, train, schedule, and develop warehouse staff; ensure strong accountability and performance

Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety standards, and plant safety programs

Coordinate work orders, truck inspections, pallet programs, staging areas, and documentation

Partner with QA, production, maintenance, and dispatch teams to support plant operations

Monitor sanitation, housekeeping, grounds, and overall warehouse conditions

Support audits, investigate safety issues, and contribute to root‑cause analysis

Serve as a key member of the emergency response team

Be on‑call as needed for operational issues outside normal hours
What We're Looking For

5+ years of warehouse experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities

Strong people leadership skills; proven ability to coach, train, and hold teams accountable

Experience in food or beverage manufacturing

Knowledge of GMP and HACCP requirements

Ability to manage multiple warehouse areas, prioritize tasks, and drive efficiency

Comfortable participating in safety, HAZMAT, and emergency response activities

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments
