We are a fast-growing e-commerce company operating in the stationery and FMCG sector, managing a large SKU portfolio and high-frequency order fulfillment. Our warehouse operations are based on piece-picking (split-case), supporting multiple E-commerce platforms and Q-Commerce channels.

🎯 Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and improve operational efficiency. This role is ideal for candidates with strong execution ability and attention to detail in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations Management

Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping

Manage piece-picking (split-case) operations and handle operational exceptions

Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

2. Inventory Control

Conduct cycle counts and routine stock checks

Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies

Ensure proper stock handling and storage practices

3. Data & System Management

Maintain and update warehouse data, including:

SKU master data

Inventory levels and locations

Inbound and outbound records

Operate and support systems such as WMS, OMS, ERP, or internal tools

4. Process Improvement

Support process optimization and workflow improvements

Identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions

Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards

5. Team & Compliance

Supervise warehouse staff and ensure daily task execution

Enforce safety standards and warehouse discipline

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient working environment

✅ Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields；

5+ years of experience in warehouse operations (e-commerce or FMCG preferred)

Basic computer skills:

Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas)；

Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS/ERP/OMS is a plus)；

Willingness to work on-site in warehouse operations (Obour City)；

Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and discipline；

✅ Salary range

20,000-30,000 EGP

Experience with e-commerce fulfillment or piece-picking operations

Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS / OMS / ERP)

Experience handling high-SKU environments

Fluent in English and Arabic (both required for daily work)
