Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch activities
• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock monitoring across all warehouse locations
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and projects teams to ensure material availability
• Implement proper warehouse systems, processes, and storage practices
• Monitor stock movements and conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure operational efficiency and discipline
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and quality requirements
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and material handling processes
• Prepare warehouse reports related to stock levels, shortages, damages, and movements
• Handle coordination for deliveries, returns, and material transfers

Requirements:

✅ Arab nationality
✅ Minimum 8 years of warehouse management experience
✅ Background in trading, manufacturing, or contracting industry
✅ Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
✅ Experience handling ERP systems and warehouse reporting
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills
