About the Role:

The Warehouse Manager will oversee end-to-end CFA (Carrying & Forwarding Agent) operations, ensuring smooth inbound, outbound, storage, dispatch, and compliance processes as per pharmaceutical industry standards. The role requires excellent leadership, coordination, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities:1. Operations & Inventory Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and distribution.
• Ensure accurate inventory control through regular stock checks, cycle counts, and system reconciliations.
• Manage batch-wise and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) inventory movement for pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain proper documentation of goods receipt, stock transfer, and dispatch.

2. Compliance & Quality Standards

• Ensure adherence to GDP (Good Distribution Practices) and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with QA teams to maintain hygiene, temperature control, and audit readiness.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits by FDA, internal teams, and clients.

3. CFA Operations Management

• Handle client coordination for order processing, material movement, and billing.
• Manage 3PL partners, transporters, and courier coordination.
• Maintain SLAs and reporting for clients and corporate teams.

4. Team Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise warehouse staff, pickers, packers, and dispatch personnel.
• Conduct trainings on SOPs, safety, handling, and documentation.
• Allocate roles, schedules, and ensure productivity KPIs are met.

5. System & Documentation

• Manage WMS/ERP entries and reporting.
• Ensure timely generation of invoices, challans, e-way bills, and GRNs.
• Maintain MIS reports for dispatch, inventory, and stock status.

6. Safety & Housekeeping

• Oversee material handling equipment (MHE), safety compliance, and fire safety protocols.
• Ensure cleanliness, racking standards, pest control, and waste disposal practices.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

• Graduate in any stream (preferred: B.Pharm / B.Sc / Supply Chain / Logistics)
• MBA/PGDM in Logistics or Operations (added advantage)

Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in warehouse/CFA operations, preferably in pharmaceuticals or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of batch, expiry, and cold-chain management.

Skills:

• Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent coordination with transporters, clients, and internal teams
• Knowledge of compliance, audits, and documentation

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Location: Bhiwandi (On-site)
• Timings: As per CFA operational hours
• Salary: Based on experience and industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
