Warehouse Manager
Denver, CO | Monday–Friday | Daytime Hours
Starting Salary: $60,000–$65,000

We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our team, drive operational excellence, and help shape the future of our Mesa branch.

What You’ll Do
As Warehouse Manager, you’ll be the backbone of daily operations—balancing efficiency, safety, and leadership to ensure our warehouse runs smoothly. You’ll:

• Lead day-to-day operations including loading, unloading, picking, stocking, and staging inventory.
• Supervise and motivate warehouse associates, ensuring accuracy and productivity.
• Manage physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and reporting.
• Enforce safety standards, OSHA compliance, and DOT regulations.
• Review work orders, purchase orders, and inventory reports to keep processes running seamlessly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to support team growth.
• Partner with regional leadership to streamline and improve operations.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience leading large warehouse operations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with proven team management experience
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse reporting, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
• Forklift experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
