Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager will lead and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, safe material handling, and smooth coordination across supply chain functions. The role focuses on optimizing warehouse performance, managing large teams, and maintaining compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.

Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve accuracy and productivity.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluation.

Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and maintain accurate stock records.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.

Plan and optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow efficiency.

Track and analyze KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.

Support business goals through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in
Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration
, or a related field.

10–15 years of experience in
warehouse or distribution management
, preferably in a
manufacturing or industrial environment
.

Proven experience leading large warehouse teams in fast-paced operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Strong knowledge of
