Job Summary
This role requires a battle-tested warehouse professional who knows how to scale operations, manage high-volume throughput, and maintain uncompromising safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Direct all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Team Development: Lead, coach, and manage a team of warehouse employees and leads.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase order accuracy
- Inventory Management: Maintain strict inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical audits. Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety standards and company policies to ensure a zero-incident work environment. Lead regular safety meetings and training.
- Vendor & Carrier Relations: Coordinate with freight carriers, logistics partners, and suppliers to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and cost-effective shipping rates.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics.
- 5+ years of direct experience in a Warehouse Manager or Plant Manager role overseeing large teams and high-volume facilities.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in reducing operational costs, improving order accuracy, and leading process improvement initiatives.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to motivate, train, and retain a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or late shifts during peak seasons.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Forklift license
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
