We’re Hiring: Warehouse Officer

Amros Pharmaceuticals is seeking a qualified and experienced Warehouse Officer to manage pharmaceutical warehouse operations while ensuring full compliance with GMP standards, inventory control, and accurate material handling.

Qualification

• Pharm-D (Doctor of Pharmacy) — mandatory
• Strong understanding of GMP-compliant warehouse operations

Experience

• 1–2 years of pharmaceutical warehouse experience
• Hands-on experience in inventory control, dispensing, and warehouse systems

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control and stock accuracy
• Perform cycle counts, investigate variances, and execute inventory adjustments
• Monitor norms and process stock adjustments as per approved SOPs
• Operate and maintain the warehouse system / ERP
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP requirements in all warehouse activities
• Carry out material dispensing in accordance with batch requirements and GMP
• Manage warehouse adjustments, documentation, and material status control
• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO / FEFO practices
• Support internal and external audits and inspections

Location: Ahsanabad, SITE Area II, Karachi

Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
