Warehouse Officer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods. This role is responsible for managing inventory accuracy, supervising warehouse staff, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce operational costs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in warehouse and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory control through regular stock counts, audits, and proper documentation.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Implement and maintain warehouse layout, space utilization, and material handling processes for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely availability and dispatch of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse reports related to inventory, dispatches, and operational performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and material handling practices.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Excel.
• A BBA, MBA, or relevant bachelor’s degree from a reputed university (Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations preferred).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
