Assesses current operation flows and identify and analyse top loss areas
Implements solutions to deliver process improvements using value stream mapping of flows functions
Presents findings and action plan to include investment projects
Leads digital transformation by recommending IT solutions to automate manual tasks
Evaluates (cost benefit analysis) warehouse technologies
Designs appropriate warehousing solutions to support the business development teams in the pursuit of new business
Prepares, updates and implements SOPs, Process Design, Warehouse Layout Planning, Defining the operational requirements
RFQ Preparation, Process Design, Warehouse Lay-Out Planning, Defining the operational requirements & costing
Analyzes complex data sets by using advanced IT skills
Closely cooperates with the entire IWS team for process improvements ( Integrated Warehousing Solutions )
Supports the IWS Project Manager for solution design
Prepares monthly reconciliation reports and make sure on time invoicing to contracted customers.
Bachelor’s degree of engineering or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar job
Very good level of English both in written and spoken
Very good command of MS Office applications
Strong communication and coordination skills, a customer centric team player
Strong analytical skills with an innovative and solution oriented mindset
Active driver with a type B license
