Job Description:

1. Based on warehouse operations and customer needs, be responsible for the implementation of overseas warehouse projects, manage the project process, and be accountable for the quality of operations.

2. Promote lean operations, process optimization, cost reduction, etc., to improve overall personnel efficiency, equipment utilization, and space utilization.

3. Analyze and identify pain points in key processes of warehousing and logistics, develop targeted improvement plans, and comprehensively enhance on-site operational capabilities.

4. Drive the establishment of standardized warehouse operation processes, provide operational guidance and training to the project team, and enhance the professional skills and efficiency of on-site personnel.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or related fields;

2. More than 5 years of warehouse management experience, with preference given to those who have led a team of more than 10 people and have experience in the logistics and warehousing sector;

3. Possess professional knowledge and experience in warehouse management and operations;

4. Familiar with warehouse logistics operation models and warehouse operation management models;

5. Proficient in both Chinese and English.
