deviations

 Highlighting Breaches in both Independent and shared Network

 Seasonal Transport planning – Based on the Seasons and weather forecasting planning the line

haul connections and monitoring on the execution and deliverables

 Direct interactions with vendors to ensure timely upliftment and speedier delivery. Setting SLA’s,

Load allocation and Cost control.

 Identification, evaluation, contracting and reviewing of all transportation vendors on Local &

regional level

 Overall customer satisfaction with effective business performance
