Officer/Senior Officer Stores

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in store/warehouse operations.
• Hands-on experience with inventory handling, stock verification, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience in SAP for inventory and store management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily verification of opening stock, with emphasis on critical and frequently used items.
• Inspect and validate all incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and established SOPs.
• Maintain precise records of inventory transactions, including receipt, issuance, storage, and transfers across locations.
• Conduct routine stock counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory movements, discrepancies, and consumption patterns for management review.
• Monitor stock aging, identify obsolete or slow-moving items, and escalate recommendations for corrective action.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials in line with organizational standards.
• Support internal and external stock audits by providing accurate records and documentation.
• Uphold compliance with safety, quality, and operational guidelines in all aspects of store management.
