Warehouse & Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse & Operations Supervisor for our global business partner.

Job Description

• The Warehouse & Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily warehouse operations, including warehousing, kitting, and assembly activities. The role ensures accurate and on-time delivery performance while maintaining operational efficiency and quality standards.
• In addition, the position is accountable for leading, coaching, and developing warehouse and operations employees to drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• The role requires close cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders, primarily within Logistics, Sourcing, and Sales departments.
• People management, ensuring the right number of employees to manage daily operations.
• Develop the team in the warehouse and operations - ensure training of team members so the team members can cover for each other.
• Planning of daily tasks in the warehouse and operations.
• Inventory optimization, including system and locations.
• Responsible for stock counting, annual and cycle.
• Optimizing and maintaining the warehouse layout.
• BC responsible for warehouse system, securing operations are operated through the dedicated processes and systems
• Responsible for receiving goods – physically as well as in BC.
• Securing incoming inspection in cooperation with QHSE team
• Participate in the daily tasks in the warehouse, including loading/ unloading trucks, kitting, picking, packing, shipping and invoicing as well as booking transport in close cooperation with the logistics team.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Education within Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in warehouse and operations management
• Proven leadership training and people management experience
• Solid ERP system knowledge
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of warehousing, kitting, and assembly processes
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
