Warehouse Picker and Packer

We are looking for Picker and Packer for Navi Mumbai, Vashi location. A Picker and Packer plays a key role in warehouse operations by ensuring customer orders are accurately fulfilled and prepared for shipment.

Experience- 0 to 6months

Salary offered- Upto 18 k

Responsibilities:

• Pick items from shelves or storage areas according to order lists or scanners.
• Pack products securely and label packages correctly for dispatch.
• Check items for damage, quality, and accuracy before packing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Update inventory records and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or handheld scanners (if required).
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements:

• SSC/HSC or equivalent (preferred).
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift, move, and pack items safely (may involve physical work).
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage.
