Key Responsibilities
Inbound CRQS
Minimum Qualifications:
Inbound CRQS
- Analysis of incoming primary vehicles by taking random samples (8 samples per SKU) for on pack CRQS assessment.
- In case of any red defect report D incident in DC CRQS reporting file with picture.
- If the defect percentage is greater then 5% then check 300 samples of same batch.
- If defect percentage is greater than 5% then initiate depot freeze and inform to all other DCs for inspection of same batch to conclude if its depot freeze or central freeze.
- Segregate defective stock with help of DC team and move sound stock for sale at YF location and damaged/defective stock at YD location in SAP
- Share depot freeze report and pictures with central team for QLI reporting.
- Inspect Secondary return inbound to DC for damages and CRQS and report in central portal.

Report critical observations of secondary return and classify damages into make and transit related categories
- Monthly visit of assigned RS to perform following activities.
- Take 20 samples per SKU of sampling plan shared from RS storage facility and perform on pack CRQS
- Conduct RS QMS audit

After completion of RS CRQS and RS QMS audit put all data and pictures in central portal.
- Perform 10% stock inspection intended for export as per on pack CRQS assessment.
- If theres any defect higher then ICQA agreed limit hold entire lot and communicate to central team

After inspection if defect percentage is less then ICQA agreed limit, inform DC team to for clearance for dispatch.
- Upon receiving of any trial stock perform TT inspection.
- Compare TT stock with similar regular stock
- Share TT report with central GTM team

Make sure TT stock is placed separately and not mixed with regular stock to prevent unintended release of stock in market.
- Ensure presence of Dos and Dont of all VAS activities happening in DCs
- Check 3 cases per pallet and 8 samples per case of all finished VAS stock as per Dos and dont and CRQS assessment.
- In case of red defect report D incidents and increase sample size to 200 samples

If defect percentage is greater then 5% then hold entire VAS stock for rework by DC team
- Monthly internal audit of warehouse as per GWT standard covering all aspects of storage, handling, vicinity, IPM, loading, unloading, transit etc.
- Share report with DC team with identified gaps in audits for closure.

Perform cross DC GWT audits biannually and share report with GTM and DC teams
- For any consumer and customer complaints of DC and associated and nearby region perform visit of RS and market to collect samples and gather information.
- Share insights and data collected from visit for closure of complaints.

Update RS on their complaint status on monthly RS visits.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Science.

1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Good QC knowledge (Sampling and CRQS Defects).
- Good knowledge of MS Office

Basic warehouse operations knowledge.
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical and Decision Making skills.

Ability to diffuse the tensions and cope with the challenges.
