We’re Hiring: Replenishment Associate – Warehouse Staff

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a dedicated Replenishment Associate to ensure smooth material flow between our warehouse and production sites. You will handle picking, replenishing, and retrieving raw materials and finished goods according to production schedules. Accuracy in repacking and inventory management is key to reducing losses and optimizing stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Orders Replenishment
• Deliver materials between warehouse and production site.
• Use handheld terminals for picking and issuing raw materials.
• Maintain accurate records of items and quantities.
• Restock primary picking bins and replenishment shelves.
• Stock Count
• Conduct cycle and full physical counts.
• Investigate variances and report results.
• Health, Safety & Environment
• Follow HSE procedures and report incidents immediately.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or stores operations.
• Experience in material handling and stock control.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Forklift operation skills preferred.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and computer skills.

Work Environment:

• Office, factory premises, and warehouse environment.
