JOB DESCRIPTION

The Warehouse Stock Auditor is responsible for performing regular stock counts, validating inventory accuracy, monitoring stock movements, and identifying discrepancies. The role ensures that all materials are recorded correctly in the system and comply with company standards and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
  • Perform physical verification of incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Reconcile physical stock with ERP/system records.
  • Investigate stock variances and report findings.
  • Ensure correct labeling, storage, and bin allocation.
  • Assist in annual/quarterly stock audits with internal/external teams.
  • Monitor slow-moving, damaged, or expired stock and prepare reports.
  • Check compliance with warehouse SOPs and safety standards.
  • Maintain audit records and documentation for reference and review.
  • Coordinate with storekeepers, warehouse staff, and supervisors for stock accuracy.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong numerical and analytical ability.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Problem-solving attitude with integrity.

Qualifications.

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in warehouse auditing or inventory control.
  • Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / E-commerce (optional based on need).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
