Warehouse Storekeeper For Spare Parts

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Storekeeper who specializes in American auto spare parts to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory, organizing the warehouse, maintaining proper records, and ensuring timely availability and accuracy of parts for sales and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming spare parts and materials.
• Organize and maintain stock according to part number, vehicle compatibility, and movement rate.
• Ensure correct labeling, tagging, and shelving of all items.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform the procurement team of fast-moving or low-stock items.
• Prepare items for delivery or transfer to branches upon request.
• Track incoming and outgoing parts using the internal system.
• Prevent stock loss through proper handling, securing, and cycle counts.
• Ensure parts for American brands (e.g., GMC, Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, Cadillac) are stored separately and clearly categorized.
• Coordinate with sales staff to ensure accurate and prompt part retrieval.
• Handle customer returns and update stock records accordingly.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist in annual and quarterly stock audits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper in the auto spare parts industry, preferably with American vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of part numbers and compatibility for American car brands.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, inventory systems).
• Ability to lift and move heavy items when required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with American dealership catalogs and systems (e.g., Mopar, AC Delco, Motorcraft).
• Understanding of slow-moving vs. fast-moving item stocking strategy.
• English proficiency is required; Arabic understanding is a plus.
