We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Warehouse Supervisor to join our team for the following role:

About the Job


We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and oversee the operations of our chemical warehouses. This professional multitasker will be responsible for managing and coordinating receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities, while ensuring that quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and capable of tracking multiple aspects of warehouse operations simultaneously. The role requires maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating deliveries, and supervising the fulfillment of chemical product orders on an ongoing basis.


Role Functions


  • Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction as the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training employees, while establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
  • Manage warehouse systems, including storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory control, and customer deliveries.
  • Lead, train, and develop the warehouse team to resolve daily operational challenges and achieve both short- and long-term performance objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations while effectively controlling and managing inventory levels.
  • Review and optimize workflows, space utilization, and processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with customer service standards.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, implementing, and enforcing safety standards and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of chemical materials, particularly dangerous goods (DG), and ensure proper storage and handling under safe conditions.
  • Oversee and coordinate the transportation of products to customers and internal facilities, maintaining clear communication with drivers and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemistry or a related Science field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse role, with preference for experience in chemical warehouses.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and policies.
  • Proven leadership abilities with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems; preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook for business communications.
